About

Local Loop is my blog about networking, telecommunications, Internet and business topics with a strong bias toward local (South African) issues.

I try to keep a balance between technical discussion and political commentary and attempt to keep moaning to a minimum. I also endeavor to produce and publish ZA-Internet related reference material (useful lists, tables and maps), as well as some Python scripts that I’ve written for networking tasks along the way.
